Status

VoucherStub does not currently operate a paid VIP tier. These standing terms describe the shape of a VIP tier that may be introduced in future and the rules that will apply if we do launch one.

What a VIP tier would look like

If introduced, a VIP tier would be an opt-in editorial newsletter that delivers early access to newly verified codes — typically 24 to 48 hours before they are published on the main site — and occasional members-only competitions. It would not include ticket discounts of its own, and it would not involve any payment by members unless specified at the point of sign-up.

Eligibility

• Open to natural persons aged 18 or older.
• Delivered by email, so a working email address is required.
• One VIP sign-up per email address.

No warranty on early-access codes

Codes delivered early through the VIP newsletter have passed our standard checkout test. They are nonetheless subject to the destination marketplace's own ability to invalidate or amend a code at any time. The Code Guarantee applies to VIP codes exactly as it does to public codes.

Unsubscribe

Each VIP newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from the list within 24 hours. There is no mandatory notice period.

Changes

If VoucherStub introduces a paid VIP tier at some future date, these standing terms will be replaced with full paid-service terms published at least 15 days before the service becomes available.
