About StubHub
StubHub was founded in 2000 and runs the world's largest fan-to-fan ticket resale marketplace. The company lists tickets for live sports, concerts and theatre across the US and internationally. StubHub's purchase-protection guarantee covers the delivery of a valid ticket in time for the event or a refund — a feature that pushes a lot of casual buyers away from the primary market and onto the resale platform even when primary face-value tickets are still available.
Buyer fees sit in the 20–30% band and vary by event. Our weekly check of a dozen representative baskets puts the current effective fee at just under 24%. That number matters because most of our published codes apply to the subtotal, not the all-in checkout — a 20% code therefore puts about 15% back in the buyer's pocket after fees.
How to redeem a StubHub promo code
- On the card above, click Get Code.
- In the popup, click Continue to StubHub — a new tab opens.
- Sign in to your StubHub account (or create one if the code is new-customer-only).
- Add tickets to the cart. The promo is applied to the subtotal at the review step.
- If the discount does not appear, verify the code's minimum order and category restrictions on the card above.
FAQ
Why can't I see the promo code without signing in?
Codes apply to the signed-in account's cart on StubHub. Showing the code before sign-in is a bad user experience — most readers end up copy-pasting a code into a non-logged-in checkout, the code fails, and they blame the publisher. Our workflow sends you straight into StubHub's own sign-in flow and the code attaches on the way back to the cart.
Do these codes work internationally?
Most codes are tested on the US storefront (stubhub.com). The UK and EU storefronts (stubhub.co.uk, stubhub.de) run on a separate backend and codes rarely cross over. Where a code works internationally we note it on the card.
What happens if a code stops working?
Email [email protected]. If a published code fails our next weekly check, we remove it the same day and (where possible) replace it with the next-best working code for the platform.
Does VoucherStub earn a commission on these purchases?
Yes — we are an editorial affiliate. StubHub pays us a referral commission when a reader completes a qualifying purchase after clicking one of our tracked links. The commission comes out of StubHub's own margin and does not increase your price. Full detail in the Direct Advertising Agreement.
