Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern access to and use of voucherstub.com, operated by Grundner Media GmbH.
1. Scope
VoucherStub is a free editorial affiliate website. We publish reviews of US ticket resale marketplaces and promotional codes that have been verified at checkout within the last seven days. We are not a ticket seller, not a payment processor, not an agent of any ticket platform, and we do not hold any inventory.
2. No warranty on promo codes
We verify each code at checkout on the destination marketplace before publishing and re-test weekly. Codes can nonetheless be invalidated at any time by the destination marketplace. VoucherStub makes no warranty that a published code will remain functional between weekly re-tests. If a code we published fails at checkout, report it to [email protected] — we re-test the same day and remove it if confirmed broken.
3. No marketplace agency
VoucherStub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by StubHub Inc., Vivid Seats LLC, SeatGeek Inc. or any ticket platform referenced on this site. We earn an affiliate commission under each platform's publicly accessible affiliate programme (see Direct Advertising). We have no authority to issue refunds, replace tickets or alter any transaction completed on a destination platform's site.
4. Editorial accuracy
Reviews and comparisons reflect the editorial judgement of our staff at the publication date shown at the top of each article. Marketplace offerings change frequently; we re-check figures before each publish but do not guarantee current accuracy at the moment of reading. For commercially material decisions, consult the destination platform's own documentation.
5. Permitted use
Personal, non-commercial reading is unrestricted. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. Automated scraping of our promo code database, mirroring our reviews or republishing our verification tags without written permission is prohibited.
6. User conduct
Do not use this site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape beyond reasonable rate limits or submit false or defamatory content through the contact form. We reserve the right to block abusive IP ranges under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
7. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory provisions of German law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to EUR 500 per claimant per rolling 12-month period, excluding cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury and liability under the German Produkthaftungsgesetz. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms is Berlin, Germany, insofar as permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection law of the EU Member State of a consumer's residence applies where relevant.
9. Changes
Material changes are posted on this page at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that notice period constitutes acceptance.
