App Terms
Reserved template. Last updated: October 2026.
Status
VoucherStub does not currently publish a native mobile application. This page is a reserved placeholder set out in advance, so that if we do ship an app the terms are already visible to prospective users. The site itself at voucherstub.com is a mobile-responsive web experience; nothing on it today is covered by these App Terms.
If an app is released
These App Terms will cover the download and installation of the VoucherStub app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, use of the app on your device, and the account mechanics that may accompany the app. They do not replace the site Terms & Conditions; both will apply.
Store compliance
Where the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms impose additional requirements on us or on you, those requirements will prevail over any inconsistent provisions here, to the extent of the inconsistency. Where you downloaded the app from a non-standard distribution channel, we do not warrant compatibility or receipt of updates.
Device permissions
If the app requests device permissions (notifications, calendar access for event reminders, mobile wallet for pass handling), the request will be shown in the operating system's own permission flow and may be declined. The core voucher functionality will not require any sensitive permission; optional convenience features will.
Data handled by the app
Where the app requires an account, we will collect the email address and a hashed password. Local-storage inside the app will mirror the cookie-choice token used on the website. Data processing is covered by the Privacy Notice.
In-app purchases
If future versions include optional in-app purchases, those purchases will be transacted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store's own purchase channel and refund policy. We will not accept direct payment inside the app.
Termination
You may delete the app from your device at any time. Account deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
Governing law
These App Terms, if and when they take effect, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection law of the EU Member State of a consumer's residence applies where relevant.
