Reward Terms

Last updated: October 2026.

What this page covers

VoucherStub does not run a general-purpose rewards programme. The only reward paid by us is the USD 5 goodwill credit issued under the Code Guarantee when a published code fails our re-test. These terms cover the mechanics, eligibility and limits of that single reward.

Eligibility

  • You emailed the editorial desk within 14 days of a failed checkout.
  • The code you tried was marked Verified on the card at the time you clicked.
  • Our re-test confirmed the code is no longer functional at the destination marketplace.
  • You have not received more than one goodwill credit in the current calendar month.

Reward value and form

The reward is a USD 5 credit redeemable on Vividseats, delivered by email as a redemption code with a 90-day expiry window. We do not issue cash. We do not issue credits redeemable on StubHub or SeatGeek because the practical mechanics of handing those credits over to a reader are more awkward.

Limits

  • One USD 5 credit per reader per calendar month.
  • Reward is per-household, not per email alias; multiple submissions from the same postal address receive one credit per month.
  • Credit expires 90 days after issue.

Not a legal remedy

The reward is a goodwill gesture, not an indemnity for consequential loss, missed events or opportunity cost. It is not a refund of any transaction completed on the destination marketplace. Nothing in these Reward Terms modifies your statutory rights under consumer protection law.

Fraud and abuse

We may decline a reward where we have reasonable grounds to believe the claim is manufactured, fraudulent or part of a pattern of repeat false reports from the same person or household. In that case we reply with a short explanation.
