Direct Advertising Agreement
Standard terms. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Scope
This agreement governs commercial relationships between Grundner Media GmbH ("VoucherStub") and advertisers who place direct links, direct creative or sponsored editorial on voucherstub.com. Affiliate commission arrangements with the three marketplaces we track (StubHub, Vividseats, SeatGeek) are covered under the "Affiliate programmes" section below.
2. Affiliate programmes
VoucherStub participates in the publicly accessible affiliate programmes of StubHub, Vividseats and SeatGeek through standard affiliate networks (Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, Partnerize). We publish promo codes supplied by these networks alongside our own editorial recommendations.
Commission rates in force, October 2026
- SeatGeek — up to 10% of the ticket subtotal, variable by category.
- StubHub — up to 6% of the ticket subtotal, variable by category.
- Vividseats — up to 4% of the ticket subtotal, variable by category.
Commission is paid by the marketplace out of its own margin. Readers' prices are not increased. Attribution runs through the marketplace's own affiliate cookie, written on the marketplace's domain when a reader clicks a tracked link.
3. Editorial independence
The commission gap between the three marketplaces creates a theoretical bias toward recommending SeatGeek. We disclose this openly on this page and on the About page. Our editorial ordering, platform reviews and FAQ answers are set by the editorial team on evidence from checkout tests and reader feedback, not by commission rate. The three store cards on the home page are presented alphabetically.
4. What we do not accept
- Paid placement to feature a specific promo code at the top of a store page.
- Paid placement to re-score a platform in a review.
- Payment to remove a factually correct criticism from a review.
- Sponsored content masquerading as editorial — all editorial on this site is written by the editorial team and signed off by the editor on duty.
5. Direct advertising, where permitted
We do not currently run display advertising. Direct sponsorship enquiries from parties other than the three marketplaces are declined by default. Partnership enquiries from US ticket marketplaces not currently covered are considered once a quarter — write to [email protected].
6. Commercial terms (if display advertising is reintroduced)
Should VoucherStub reintroduce direct display advertising, the following standard terms apply: insertion orders in writing, 30-day net payment, right of refusal on creative that contradicts our editorial on the same reading page, no walled-garden tracking, no retargeting cookies set on voucherstub.com. These terms exist to give readers of this notice visibility on our standard; they are not an invitation to transact.
7. Record-keeping and journalist / regulator access
Our aggregate commission records by month and by marketplace are available on request to journalists working on a story about the ticket resale market, and to regulators conducting a market study. Writing to [email protected] with a subject line of "commission records" starts the process; the editor on duty replies within three business days.
