Giveaway Terms

Standing terms. Last updated: October 2026.

Status

VoucherStub does not currently run any giveaways. This page sets out the standing terms that will apply if we do run one in future, so prospective entrants can read the rules before entering.

Eligibility

• Open to natural persons aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Open to residents of the EU, UK and US unless the specific giveaway announcement states otherwise.
• Employees of Grundner Media GmbH, their immediate family and anyone professionally involved in running the giveaway are not eligible.

Entry

Entry is free. The entry mechanic is published in the specific giveaway announcement — typically a short editorial response, a sign-up to the editorial newsletter or a social-media share where permitted by the destination platform's own terms. Automated or bot entries are disqualified.

Selection

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries using a verifiable randomisation method (a published random.org drawing with the seed recorded on this page after the drawing). Where multiple prizes are available, drawings run in prize-value order.

Prizes

Prizes are specific to each giveaway. We do not offer cash alternatives. Where a prize is a ticket on a destination marketplace, delivery is through the marketplace's own delivery mechanism against the winner's account; we do not hold any ticket inventory.

Delivery

Winners are notified by email within 7 days of selection. Where a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a replacement is drawn.

Taxes

Any tax liability on a prize is the winner's own responsibility.

Publicity

Winners' first name and country of residence may be published on this page or in the editorial newsletter. Full names are not published without separate written consent.

Not a lottery

These giveaways are editorial promotions, not lotteries within the meaning of the German Glücksspielstaatsvertrag. Entry is free, there is no stake, and the drawing is open to inspection.
