FAQ
Does Deal Score mean the discounted price is also a good deal?
Not automatically. Deal Score grades the pre-promo listing against fair value. A $200 "Great Deal" ticket at 10% off is still a Great Deal; a $400 "Fair" ticket at 10% off is still Fair. Use the code to improve a listing that was already fair-or-better, not to try to turn a bad listing into a good one.
Why does the welcome credit vary?
SeatGeek runs several welcome-credit campaigns in parallel through different affiliate networks. The exact amount depends on which affiliate network your click goes through — we publish the current largest credit we can confirm at checkout.
Can I use a code with Apple Pay or Google Pay on the app?
Yes. The promo applies before the wallet handshake. If your wallet opens without the discount showing on the summary page, cancel out and re-check the promo field at the review step.
